System Performance:
We offer a fully comprehensive Lifetime System Warranty:
- We promise that out Lafarge GTEC Plasterboard Solutions will perform to the agreed lifetime and quoted laboratory performance requirements.
- We regularly carry out testing and certification through independent laboratories.
- Where agreed, we offer on-site acoustic testing to ensure performance levels are met even before any pre-completion test.
- We will support you and replace the relevant components, in the unlikely event of one of our systems failing due to defective products.
- For bespoke systems, computer estimates of performance can be supplied.
To receive the full warranty:
The system must be used for its originally intended purpose:
- Avoid mixing and matching products from different sources or you can run the risk of compromising performance.
- The system must be constructed solely with proprietary products and components supplied by Lafarge Plasterboard and be installed with the company's recommendations as published in the latest Drywall Manual or other associated literature.
